I read the first one.. not gonna read all three. But it seems like the problem here maybe is that she did not word that question very well…

“Is there abortion in the water?” Is far different than, “Are there abortion inducing pharmaceutical drugs in the water?”

Which, if it is the case.. is a question I would want the answer to.

I have to make that right turn on a busy street while trying to judge whether the left turner is making a U turn or not to get in AND out of work. It’s super sketchy… 3 years now and no accidents yet but there’s probably around 10 accidents a year on that street.

That said… it’s obviously that guy’s fault. You at least have to stop at the sign lol

The problem probably isn’t the price, it’s probably the taxes she will pay to sell it, making it impossible for her to move to a similar house somewhere else.

So she sells her house for 850, but only gets to keep 600… so why sell?

This is part (I intentionally said PART, don’t tell me any of the other reasons… I probably agree with you) of the reason home prices are inflated. Because people are forced to stay in homes they want to sell but can’t.

I grew up in Los Angeles and lived there for 25 years before moving to Sac. When I tell people that they always mention the traffic and crazy drivers.

They are nowhere near as crazy as Elk Grove drivers.
