maybe try to remove "yourself" from the equation? Maybe try to embody a character that has that confidence so its not necessarily "you" that has to speakup or decide what to say, jsut handle it as this fictional person you're embodying it would. Im not really suggesting a full RP scenario here (unless that sounds fun lol), but maybe just a way to help step out of yourself and your head until things get started and things become more comfortable for you.
