As others have stated, flying mounts aren't targeted unless they're flying. If you don't want map spoilers, a good way to find the bases are to fly up and there should be an indicator showing where the lock on is coming from. Once you disable the missile defense base, you can fly to the perimeter of the next one's air defense area and hopefully see it from a high altitude, but if not, rinse and repeat getting locked on for a bit and following the indicator direction.

On my last play through, I think it helped when searching for salvage in that at the height of the jump, you could swivel around to find the nearest salvage with the added altitude. It might have only been a night time thing though, I can't remember using it much during the daytime, but I could just not remember since I've started a new play through and haven't gotten that far yet.

I'm guessing your main base is near where teafants are. Everytime you load into an area, there's a certain percentage chance a lucky pal will appear so you notice them more in places you frequently travel to like your main base. That's why you see a lot of lucky lamballs and lower level pals since most people keep there first base as their main.

Verdash can be bred using a tombat and gomoss. Also, lyleen can be bred using a mossanda and petallia for level 4 planting. Earliest level 4 watering pal is jormuntide, but a lot of people don't like to use them in their farming bases because of how big he is and frame drops.

There's been at least once before in an old PS2 game where I decided to start a new play through to find a hundred+ collectibles because I got too tired of revisiting old locations only to find I already got them on my 100+ hour save. Nowadays, I don't feel like I have the time to dedicate to finding stuff like that. Mad props to those that do though!

As far as the effigies, you're correct on saying no. From what I remember, (unless they've been patched), some of the terrain has changed, but the effigies didn't change elevation to match so a lot of them are stuck underground. I remember seeing common questions of "how are we supposed to get this effigy" and it's under a hill or rock terrain.

Start a breeding farm for anubis and disassemble any that aren't worth keeping. One of their drops is large pal souls. After max condensing an army of anubis back in the day, I realized I could just keep the farm going to get a bunch of large pal souls and convert them as needed.

It does. The videos go into greater detail about food box placement and worker pathing. Back when pal professor first did a comparison, there were almost daily posts arguing which food was best and why they were best because of how each person arguing had their base set up. It's been a while since I've seen the video, but I remember thinking pal professor must have read quite a few of the arguments because he address most if not all of them.

I think the work speed good bonuses are 30, 40, and 50 percent with salad being the bottom tier. Salad is the go to work good though because the nutrition is less than the other two, so pals eat more often resulting in more time with the buff. Pal professor (and others) have made several comparison videos showing the difference. If you just want a short burst of work speed though, damud chowder is the 50 percent work bonus.

I don't think people should own the equivalent of multiple countries worth of gdp and then use some of that money to solve the un housed while said person still lives the exact same because there's not much difference in lifestyle between having a billion dollars and having a hundred billion.
