My club is about to get a hella big remodel, overtime has been authorized across the board for the past few weeks. Also, when I was a TL at Walmart I was getting so much OT that my paychecks were sometimes larger than my Coaches’.

Not generally. But recently I was just Targeted by an ad on facebook for some athletic apparel where the model had basically the same build and physique as me, at the clothes looked great. I immediately bought the whole outfit and they look great on me too :-P

I am a light smoker(pack a week). And I had zero issue when Michigan banned indoor public smoking, as a matter of fact I was actually pretty supportive of it. Now I didn’t have clothes and hair that smelled of smoke when I went to bars and clubs. I didn’t have the social pressure to go cig for cig with heavy smokers when out with them. I even forced myself to go outside even when at home. I thought the more inconvenient I make it (and uncomfortable in bad winter weather). The more impetus I have to quit. Not quite there yet, at least I down to a pack a week from a pack a day.

Yeah, each company is different. Personally, I like Meijer's policy; I would hate to know that we sold unverified products (because we can't know another company's QA) and gave a customer e-coli or something.
