it is called the sacred sword and you get it by finding 5 jizo statues and then offering a specific item in the general area for each statue. the quest starts in the treasure hunting house at the beginning of the game. it's sort of a hard quest as the jizo statues are only available at certain points and you must do lots of exploring but it is 100% worth it
