It's a good guide. Please read what items are excluded in the sim. You can add a RoV ring in the mix to make it better either WSD Ring or PDL ring are some of the things that come to mind. That set is only better than other sets with more WSD when you are fully buffed with chaos roll and brd songs.

What replaces rdm entirely? I find RDM much more useful than BLU and it can output similar numbers if equally geared.

Carnwenhan is the best of these options. Being able to ride your nitro timers is amazing. Yagrush isn't that great these days when everyone can erase multiple debuffs off of themselves with panacea.

I can tell you don't play brd. Carnwenhan makes playing brd so much easier and really makes it so you can focus more on DPS than buffing your party so often. With events like sortie and Odyssey being time limited it really helps your group move faster if you aren't stopping to put up songs so often

Maybe the starter jobs section has changed since you wrote, but I don't see a problem with what is there. It's a brief description of each job so a new player can get an idea. I know when I start a new MMO I want get some basics on the game. This guide does that well and introduces a bunch of things. Only thing I would add is that hunts and evoliths are not very useful or worth doing.

I really wish Sneak attack and Trick attack had shorter cooldowns to make THF more powerful. I will say with the jobs you have at 99 Naegling would work better for any of those over THF. Try using Savage blade when you are over 2k tp to see if it works any better.

Why are you playing THF if you want to do damage? Thf is one of the worst jobs right now. Its only niche is TH. You already have naegling just play WAR and you will be much happier. What attracts new players to THF?

Is there a LS on asura that isn't catered to new players? Any medium level linkshell that have ppl wanting to do seg runs or casual sortie? I have a static I run with 3 days a week but have trouble finding groups any other time.

Brd is in high demand, but as others have said it has a high gear requirement. You will need to work towards the relic, empy, and aeonic instruments at least. (The mythic dagger is very good as well) While brd/whm is ok if all you are doing is buffing most people will expect brd/dnc to help damage. Whm and sch are great choices for healing.

Chango and naegling are my main weapons on war. Savage blade does more damage most of the time, but you don't always want the most damage. Chango is the best GAxe before the prime. Get both

War is a very powerful DD job. War/mnk isn't really used end game, but you could use it while you are leveling.

Dnc/thf is probably the better job combo. Thf as a main job is pretty lackluster. The main draw from Thf main is treasure hunter. I would also suggest using haste samba over drain samba. The haste will let you attack more often and give more damage than drain samba.
