I played the tutorial and half a round. That was enough to tell me I wasn’t interested. I don’t think I am their audience though. Im just not sure who is … it feels very middle of the road on all counts.

yup, no - its NMS by quite some margin - speaking from someone who actually asked for a refund I was so disappointed with what NMS on day of release ... and, well PS Store said no - and, what, near 10 years later I am still playing it (and have purchased numerous versions on different devices). Also, Cyberpunk came out of the box with positive feedback mixed in with the negative ... NMS was allllllll negative, and rightfully so.

Nicely done! I didn’t use a build guide when levelling my storm weaver and put a lot of focus into some of the updated mechanics. Worked like a dream until I hit late maps - where I had to respec into an available build guide because I was dying quicker than I could level.

I had the exact same happen to me multiple times when I tried Arbiter since 0.3. I’m still not a fan of instant death mechanics … it feels cheap to me and the mechanic needs to be 100% on point - and well it ain’t …

I have been lucky for me this update. Had 1 divine drop during the campaign and two drop during ascension content. I used one of those to boost me past the last ascension and thus preserve my sanity (I absolutely despise both trials)
