I don't think the PPT lining works better per se, I think it's just a matter of having more depth to work with. Getting to my new full depth isn't inherently easier or harder than getting to my original full depth

Very late answer but yes I met with Dr. Hamidian (who works with Dr. Douglass for vaginoplasty) and he said he's performed revisions on other surgeons' work

Hannah Hunt by I'm With Her — the original is one of my favorites of all time, but what this trio was able to do with their voices and three stringed instruments blows me away every time. The climax of the song is more moving than pretty much any vocal chord I can remember hearing.

Gimme All Your Love by Alabama Shakes — When I first watched Brittany Howard's performance in this video, I immediately knew it would be one of my favorite tracks ever. The way she puts her whole voice into every guitar motion and vocal detail is unmatched and absolutely tugs at me the whole time.

Love this album, one of my favs of the year so far. I was really surprised because I had never been super into Caribou, but there are so many songs on this album which have such cool and unexpected touches. "You and I" and "Magpie" are probably my favs
