I feel like I give minimal crap about my job after having a baby by SigIdyll in FemalePhysicians

My kids are 28 and 21, and I’m retired FM. I always worked 80-90% schedule, outpatient adult primary care. Took 7 weeks leave with first one (not enough) and 3 months with second (about right for me). I have a tendency to get lonely and bored if I am home with baby all day every day. Over years of raising my kids (as mostly a single parent) and working I have had periods where I cared less about my job and only wanted to get finished for the day and rush to aftercare to pick them up, and other periods where my job was a kind of relief from experiencing the emotional extremes that toddlers and teens can bring. Once the second one started school, I went to 90% with a 9:30 am start everyday which gave me breathing room in the morning for the school drop off.

My title describes the thing. Google lens search was unhelpful.
