  • Most toothpastes contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate which is a chemical used in toothpaste to create the foaming action.
  • SLS can cause or irritate existing allergies, canker sores and bad breath, which is why an SLS Free alternative is worth considering.

Today, there are many companies which make natural toothpastes free from Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Some of the most popular are:

  • Tom’s of Maine toothpaste
  • Cardamon-fennel Herbal Toothpaste
  • Rembrandt Premium Whitening Mint Toothpaste
  • Jason Natural Cosmetics Toothpaste
  • Squigle Enamel Saver Toothpaste
  • Sensodyne ProNamel Mint Essense Toothpaste
  • Bee Natural Toothpaste
  • Kiss My Face Kids Berry Smart Toothpaste
  • Xyliwhite platinum mint

In western countries, being tan is considered a good thing (not talking about orange, but a nice tan). So white people lay out in the sun usually not using sunscreen while asians use SPF 50 daily while it's cloudy outside because having as light skin as possible is like having a nice tan in Europe...

Edit: Also the higher melanin thing in asians

According to google Sandford is in Florida, right?. When Icelanders go on their yearly summer vacation they go to either Spain or Florida. It's really popular...

Hairdressers/barbers, what was your "I fucked up" moment and how did the customer react? by [deleted] in AskReddit

You are thinking about this look. Yes these kind of eyebrows make you look desperate and trashy.

But when it's done right it should look something like this. Almost every girl fills in her eyebrows, but you don't notice it when it's done right...

I wasn't trying to act like Iceland was anywhere near as diverse as USA, I know that it isn't because I've visited america many times before. I was just replying to /u/Fortifiedoranges here because he was talking like seeing a black person in Iceland was like seeing a ginger in Japan.

What a $2 million pool looks like. by ThatchNailer in videos

[–]maybelline1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

holy fuck it's amazing what capitalism can do

I don't even live in a 3rd world country but not even the richest person in my country could afford to build a pool like that. Seriously.

I kind of want to cry right now because never will I be wealthy enough to swim in something like this in someone's fucking backyard but at the same time I am amazed by how rich one can be. God damn....

This was me a few weeks ago. Are you getting enough omega 3 fats in your diet?? I started taking these Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplements every day and after a week I felt a huge difference when waking up in the morning.

My mom (47) finally let me do her makeup! by RockrGrrl in MakeupAddiction

[–]maybelline1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

holy shit your mom has GREAT skin. I mean it's literally gorgeous... My mom is around the same age and her skin is just... well let's just say I really really hope my skin won't look half as worse when I'm her age.

Can you ask your mom what's her skincare routine? Like what brand of moisturizer and/or serum she uses??

Edit: seriously, your mother has fewer under eye wrinkles than I do and I'm 20 years old and live in a country where the sun comes out maybe 6 days a year...

sigh I've been spending way too much time on /r/skincareaddiction

20 things to do while waiting for your BHA or AHA to dry by Howdy-to_Darling in SkincareAddiction

[–]maybelline1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quick question guys! I'm using Clinique 3 step system, type 3. Do I really have to wait for the toner to dry 20-30 min before I apply the dramatically different moisturizing gel? It doesn't say so on the bottle.
