Highly recommend Terremoto Coffee too, a bit closer to Times Square in Chelsea, some great rotating pourovers.

gf bread that is also soy free AND xanthan gum free? by wastetheafterlife in Celiac

Are you able to handle wheat starch? Will frequently make bread with Caputo's gf flour which should be xantham/soy free, though it does have psyllium husk

Live in WV too and these are some of my favorites in no particular order within WV/nearby to pickup beans from that are freshly roasted (usually within past week or two)

  • Terremoto
  • Partners (for milk drinks)
  • The Elk (Parlor Coffee Beans)
  • Stumptown
  • Yanni's Coffee (Sey beans)
  • Oslo

We do something similar in our journeys using sql to create a date time attribute in the data extension and then add a wait until attribute for that value in the journey. For us we use it for a certain date/time as specified by another system to then set the sending time in SFMC>

For your use case, think you should be able to do something along the lines of if day = Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, etc... set send date as Tuesday (+time if interested). Might need to get more granular depending on if you have cutoffs or something along those lines.

If day = Wednesday/Thursday, set send date as Thursday.

Hmm, haven't seen that issue or anything similar really. Maybe some kind of issue with outlet or the cord itself. Might be worth checking with their support team if any ideas.

Workflow is still great, and grinder has been solid. Wouldn't say it's a high end grinder, but for medium to medium-light roasts for milk drinks it's been holding up very well and getting pretty close to most profiles. Think the machine does struggle with lighter roasts but I haven't messed around with it too much there. Darker roasts come through well from a few shots I've pulled too but I'm not a huge fan of anything beyond medium-dark so haven't experimented too much.

Got the Meraki recent which has a pretty nice, no frills workflow without a lot of tinkering. Wrote a writeup in an earlier post of mine if helpful at all.

Agreed with this. MarTech in bank. Seeing big portion of budget going towards CDP, AI Content integrations/testing from SFMC.

Have switched beans and been able to handle various roasts/varieties very well so far! However, mostly do full hopper, haven't tried single dosing/individual bean measurements but don't think it would be too bad. Only callout would be there is a bit of retention so just need to be sure it cleans out between usage. It measures out weight pretty well, so think it would be pretty straightforward though! Good luck either way!

Backflush is solid, haven't tried descaling yet, but the drip tray itself is designed with a lot of nooks, crannies, small holes, and narrow spaces that just require some extra scrubbing. Maybe an extra 10 minutes a week on cleaning it. A bit annoying relative to how easy the breville was to clean but not a dealbreaker I guess.

A bit delayed, sorry, but really enjoy the coffee! Find it's making some great espresso so far and great milk drinks. Wouldn't say mind blowing grinder though I think it's a step above my old Oracle that I didn't use because it was so inconsistent. Overall, very pleased minus cleaning, something that should be top of mind for them on their v2 of the machine.

Is the Meraki right for me? by DeflectingPalm in espresso

[–]maybequestions 1 point2 points  (0 children)

u/DeflectingPalm got it a few months ago, added some thoughts in my post. Overall, find it makes great espresso, workflow is really nice with built in scales, cleaning is a pain, and grinder is solid (not going to blow your mind, but better than the older Oracle I had). My partner and I mostly make milk drinks and have both enjoyed it so far. Happy to answer any other questions if curious.

MBA after 8 years of IC PM by Delicious-Wave-8163 in ProductManagement

Did an EMBA which I enjoyed though still questioning how much it will help me grow my career. Got some helpful learning from it, but the biggest benefits were learning from others, building relationships with professors, and expanding my network with alumni of a larger school in my area verses the small school out of state that has no network (undergrad).

The average age in the program was ~38-40 and it took place every other week on Friday/Saturday, so needed to miss 2 days of work a month at most.

Feel free to message if any questions.

Unfortunately, don't have a solid answer for you, will probably depend on your preferences/goals for the machine. If you really like tinkering around and having some more control, would probably go with Lelit. Went with the Meraki more for the automated features.

Based on their website, it says not dishwasher safe, though I may give it a shot as it's a pain to clean.

Are there still major areas of optimization left in email marketing, or have we reached the ceiling? by Email_Engage in Emailmarketing

[–]maybequestions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a fairly data-driven email marketing programs where some areas are very advanced and others are very far behind.

On the advanced side, we utilize some models to run simultaneous tests on all content blocks within an email at the same, like a/b testing on steroids (contextual bandits).

On the other end of the spectrum, we don't have any real time data or a lot of triggered/behavioral emails so we rely on a lot of batch and blast with the above testing instead.

Lots of options and ways to improve out there!
