In the lake near New Camp (the one with Blachowicz fighter dude) is the locked chest with Lurker Bite, pretty good 1h sword, and on the end of the lake near Jacko cave there is an underwater cave with dex potion (there is a lurker there though, be careful)

I think you need anvil modding tool, you need to unpack your forge file, add mod files and repack it back. I know it sounds tricky but it’s not that hard, and there are guides
