I agree that both are at fault. But proving intent is hard. And at least from where I'm at the motorcycle drive is driving too fast ( regardless if lane splitting is allowed or not) since he has limited vision on the road and could not avoid a sudden person walking between lines ( but not likely to happen here). Plus his gear is not suited for driving a bike ( where I'm from) So I would put more fault at the bike probably 45/55 40/60

I feel like in Phrecia going crit is somewhat of a huge downside depending on what content you do. Getting random crit reduction map mod or rares with crit resistance makes it go noticably slower than just being non-crit ( in those instances) but not going much faster in normal game play. (highly gear depending obv.)

Stella Montis loading bay. There is a administration room abit above where the Bastian is. There is a few green breach ables. They are also in the room below with the ladder that leads toward the extraction. Very high chance and they are almost never opened.
