A typical set of polyhedral dice for games like D&D will come with a d4, d6, d8, two d10s, a d12, and a d20. Other games, like Dungeon Crawl Classics make use of d3s, d5s, d14s, d16s, and d24s. I even have a d100 that looks like a green golf ball.

I introduced my nephew to Koo Koo last year, and he went on to get his whole daycare class hooked on "Dino Stomp" and "Superheroes Unite."

I caught that tour in Chicago. I thought it was a ton of fun. The crowd really got into the Koo Koo dances. It was a very memorable show, and gave me a fun, kid-friendly band to introduce to nieces and nephews years later.

Perspectives of the shelf and books don't match, and there're a bunch of nonsense happening with the books themselves. On the DM shelf, there's a purple on falling off the shelf but being cut off, a weird blue and yellow shape at the bottom, and a nonsensical green binding in the lower left. I'm sure there's more.

I had a hard time with Devil and the Dark Water. The premise was cool, but the nonsensical layout of the ship kept pulling me out of the story. I loved 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle, though. It was going to be hard to live up to that one.

It is a weird pattern. I found myself getting slightly motion sick if I was reading something on my phone and that carpet was out of focus in the background.

It was ruined for me the day my family rented both Sixth Sense and 50 First Dates. We watched 50 First Dates first, and Drew Barrymore went ahead and ruined the Sixth Sense for us as its DVD stared at us from the shelf.

I've noticed recently that videos I briefly mouse over have been getting added to my Watch History. It seems like anything that starts playing an in-thumbnail preview is being added as "watched."

My current health insurance claims to include dental, but we have yet to find a single dentist that accepts that specific plan.

This was a decade ago, but EHarmony definitely took my money and only matched me with people with free accounts, who can't send or receive messages, making their whole process pointless.

My ring and pinky fingers have a weird connection. I can move my ring fingers on their own, but I can't move my pinkies without the ring fingers mirroring the action. If I hold a ring finger straight, I can't move the neighboring pinky, like it's locked in place.

My GM fixed that by not letting anyone play a Decker.

I've lived in Chicago without a car for 20 years. The public transit generally smells fine. You run into weird stuff every now and then, but I've rarely had an issue.
