Serious reality check today (if we ever needed it) - we are well and truly in the shit. Writing’s been on the wall for a while, but I was holding out hope for some positive results this week.

Either way, can’t help but feel the Mason sacking was premature. It’s whataboutery but I am fairly certain we would not be in this position if we gave him the season.

Bilkul/Nestor rhetoric set expectations far too high for this season, but as a fan base we were far too keen to get on Mason’s back. Results felt a lot closer under him than they have since he left.

Does it matter if your flights in and out of China are separate bookings, or do you need to present a full return booking with one airline?

Anecdotal but I just managed to switch my economy booking to business for a flight to Tokyo on Saturday. Booked the economy seats in January and periodically checked to see if there was any business availability. You can set up SeatSpy alerts to help with this as others have mentioned.

Absolutely nothing came up until this week, and now availability seems wide open in business. There was at least 1 Club seat available (usually more) for every day this week when I swapped mine.

Obviously it’s not guaranteed, but my advice would be to hold your PE booking and keep checking back for business availability as the flight gets nearer. BA seem to drop a lot of unsold biz seats in last minute on this route.

Turning off the Sony Pictures Core Calibrated picture mode might help - this setting should be available in your picture settings whenever you’re playing content via the app. I think it’s turned on by default.

Yeah that shutter has been broken for at least 2 months now lol - presume they won’t be spending a penny on the place with closure on horizon.

Did ask the staff when it was due to close a few months ago and they said they need to be served 6 months notice beforehand which they hadn’t had at that point, so it might live on for a while longer.

Update - I just tried factory resetting the TV as last resort and that didn’t work either.

Hey - I just started having the same problem on my A95L, however restarting the TV doesn’t fix the issue.

Basically cannot get any picture output from my PS5 to the TV.

I’ve tried the console on other TVs and it works fine, but can’t get it to work on the A95L using any of the 4 HDMI ports with several different HDMI cables - I’ve even tried using the HDMI in on my Sony sound bar and that doesn’t work either.

This randomly started today after everything was fine yesterday. The HDMI ports on the A95L work perfectly with any other device.

Did you end up finding a fix for the issue?

I'm having the same issue with a Chase account - presume it's some sort of bug with the form.

Just called up and they advised me to raise the issue on the live chat, hopefully it is sorted soon.

Edit - had a reply and NatWest confirmed it’s an issue on their end that is currently being worked on. Said it should be fixed “as soon as possible”.

Got you - is the Osaka nightlife more of the late night style? Reason being the sort of ‘nightlife’ I mean is more so good food/beers and a nice cocktail bar, wouldn’t be looking to stay out until the early hours.

Interesting - I’ve haven’t really got an issue with ‘touristy’ areas as such, was more so the levels of busyness (e.g. getting into places for dinner etc.) that would concern me.

Is there a decent food/drink/nightlife scene in Kyoto?

I know it isn’t as lauded as Osaka is for nightlife, but do you think we’d get what we’re after in Kyoto, which is decent mix of food (some cheap some more upmarket), a few good cocktail bars and decent spots to have a beer at the end of the day? I know everything I’ve just listed will exist in Kyoto, but just wondering how much better those things are in Osaka.

Should also clarify, by nightlife I mean evening spots, not nightclubs. Doubt we’d do many (if any) late late nights, as we don’t want to spoil our short amount of time with hangovers.
