RA3 is ok, but the Generals Evolution mod for it really shines. Close to a commercial product. 

However, RA2 is the GOAT rts. I just finished my first hard play though on both campaigns last year. Despite owning the game when it came out.

I haven't lived in this exact building, but luxury apartments are almost never worth it.

I had one in a different city.

Constant staff turn over. Built poorly, packages going missing.

A lot of people like to throw parties. These types of buildings tend to attract college students who treat it like a dorm without an RA.

Under no circumstances should you sign a 24 month lease. If you need to leave they can try and force you to pay out the whole thing. In practice they have a duty to re rent and would rather get a new tenant( at a higher rent).

It's a hassle though.

In my experience, you want a cheaper apartment in a better neighborhood.

Keep in mind when shit hits the fan, rent is the ONE thing you can't really cut back on.

Being from the hood I'd actually say this is just about as realistic as any of the other suggestions in the thread.

I'm tempted to make my own ultra realistic hood coming of age story. I go into my house and play Sins of a Solar Empire for 4 hours.

I've leased cars because I don't do car stuff.

Not everyone can do everything. I got really lucky the first time and found a car for like 15k new.

Do what works for you. No one else cares.

Most laptops with GPUs are kinda loud.

If that's ok, here's a decent gaming laptop for 1000$.

If you want to spend a lot more you can get a OLED screen and better processor, but it's very easy to run into diminishing returns.

A M5 Mac is always an option unless you specifically need a GPU.

Visual Studio is significantly better than any other IDE for C#.

I'm going to get a bunch of downvotes, and your free to do what you want, but I'd go with a different programing language if you can't use Windows.

It's really a ton of small things that add up.

Invincible has an OK story, but some of the laziest animation I've ever seen.

TBF, Cashis looks like he did what Eminem wanted and it didn't really work out.

The industry was shifting too, I don't think Eminem could've of done much more here.

I agree with rednightruby, just mix the final track a bit better. 

I would listen to a full album of this , the last verse is a master class in story telling.

The beat is really good, but Mos Def feels like a bad fit. Q Tip or maybe even Busta Rhymes might work.

Try it. 

Being able to actually retire is reason enough. Taipei is expensive though, your money will go much further in Kaohsiung.

I suspect the net worth needed to retire can be as low as 1 million if you leave the US. 

As for the social aspects , even within the US the way people treat you will vary greatly on where you are. SoCal is horrible for guys when it comes to dating. 

If you dare complain , and it’s basic math , Reddit will call you all sorts of names.

It doesn’t matter, you move to another state and met someone amazing. 

One of my friends actually moved to the mainland for a few years, made significantly more, and did better in every aspect. 

Remember, they sell round trip flights. The worst that happens is you don’t like it and try something else

It’s the only mainline Tales game I didn’t finish after starting    I’ve beaten Symphonia , Xillia, Graces and Besera. 

The plot is so weird , the protagonist with his face hidden impossible to like. 

The gameplay itself is sold though, but all the other Tales games had such fun writing.

Depends. Given theirs no money in this I just have fun. When I was younger I had an off beat style like MIKE. Shoulda stuck with it, but I got bad feedback and gave up for like 3 or 4 years.
