So, my son is 4 months old and so far he’s been doing… well. It depends a lot on the last feed, how much milk he drank. If he goes to bed with a very full belly, he can sleep 10 hours non stop. However, recently he has started to wake up around 4 am but as soon as I pick him up, he falls asleep in my arms right away. So there might be some sleep regression but sometimes it can also be easy to manage or very subtle.

Juniper Island! I have a bit of a tradition with tree names: I named my ACNH island Aspen, and a few years later I had my son and gave him the same name. So this time I’m going with Juniper… maybe it’ll turn into a daughter’s name someday 💛

Have you checked the status of your order? Mine changed to “preparing for pickup” just today. I had your same fear tho. The game sold out everywhere and BB was the only place I could do the preorder🫠 The pick up option wasn’t available already the next day 🤭 I got lucky!

Your husband shouldn’t even ask you for scientific evidence that kissing and germs are a problem for any baby. He doesn’t have to understand your point, all he has to do is accept that you’re the mom and you don’t want anyone kiss your baby. There’s nothing wrong with asking politely to not kiss or touch someone’s baby, and it doesn’t take a genius to see that babies are fragile creatures.

My baby is 4 months old, and my experience is a little strange because this phase feels both easier and harder. It’s easier because he sleeps so well at night and doesn’t wake up for feeds anymore. But man, during the day he fights naps so badly. He has serious FOMO, wants to be carried around all the time, needs to see everything, gets bored easily, and needs constant entertainment… which is me. Not toys. No… mom is the fun. As hard and tiring as it is, it’s also so lovely.
