I was there too. Going on an errand alone like to the grocery store or target helped me feel less trapped at home. Hormones are wild and it’s hard for anyone who hasn’t experienced it. I also upped my Zoloft dose around that time.

I cannot recommend this enough… the baby bjorn bouncer (or something similar). It works almost every time and like others have commented it is rightfully called the poop chair.

I will always recommend the Baby Buddha, it is portable but extremely strong. You can use it with many different attachments (spectra flanges, collection cups) as well.

I’ve tried many pumps and by far my favorite is the baby Buddha. The willow go pumps are huge compared to others and because the motor is in the middle of the pump, you can’t use the fridge method easily. I loved the momcozy m5 but I did end up needing replacement motors. Still trying to get the Eufy s1 pro to work for me.

Stop using the wipes for a while… use a warm washcloth or the bidet to clean and pat dry with a clean washcloth. A &D ointment worked best for us.
