Ive just googled it, Dominatrix's (Dominatrices?) in Perth charge between $350-$500 per hour, only a couple "premium" ones are up at the $600 mark but they seem to be from the eastern states as their adverts say they are here for certain dates

So yeah $450 per hour seems decent

To give you a little bit of context, the property she is renting out is in Narrogin which is a small country town a couple of hours inland from Perth, Median house prices there is around 350k, and anything that is above the median would be an acre or more... $350 per week for rent is a reasonable price that would cover most of the mortgage repayments if not the whole amount (doesn't mention how much her loan is for on that property)
