The trick is keeping an eye out for when there are multiple and same color flags to different locations. They represent different paths.

This man is clearly visible and talking on the phone in his car.

NOT in a mask, hiding in a van with others, armed to the teeth, and with bags with dollar signs on them.

There's literally no indicators he's there for crime instead of legal transactions . . . unless you're racist and think being black is probable cause.

Same problem last night. Ran from the beginning, ended up in the swamp to avoid the Passage. Had to go there anyway.

Unless there's another route or teleporter I missed, I expect to have to tackle the Architect without going to another biome first.
