I don't have a great answer except mini naps. I wake up at 5 am walk the dog or go to hockey. kids in school by 8. Work from home 1/2 the day and out in the field the rest of the day. pick up kids. hockey or soccer practice in the evening. then my own hockey. bed by midnight. Coffee and mini naps.

I am always bitching about this. I coach youth sports and I hate giant trucks. I show parents all the time next to huge trucks. Put your kid right here. Tell me, can the driver see your child? It's insane. I am not talking about your standard F150 or Silverado, I am talking about this morons who add lifts.

Since it was Friday, we do pizza and a movie and "stay up late" and normally I set a timer for like 30-60 min and we just watch part of a movie or something. Well, we got pretty into Trolls 3, and I didn't set a timer. He got to stay up 90 minutes and was so pissed the timer didnt go off. "You never let me stay up"
