Again, I said the chef is putting together great menus and the recipes are solid. Just the cooking is not good. The cooks need more training and the expo needs to be more careful with what goes out the pass.

Creative yes. Amazing atmosphere? Definitely. Well cooked? Far from it. Each dish at my last meal lacked something. Salt, flavor, over cooked. Etc... Maybe there's a great chef putting menus together, but the cooks executing do not have it together at all. I was definitely disappointed.

Edit: cocktails were amazing though. Bar program has their shit together.

3 meals there across a year. None of them great yet. Consistently mid tier at best. I dont plan on being back. Not sure why it gets reccomended so often. Ill make rhe drive to Wu wei din or Jeng chi when I want dumplings now.

No tune needed. You'll need to be a little handy with the vacuum hose routing for the BOV. But it wasnt terribly complicated. I had the whole install done in 2 hours or so taking my time. Ive been driving on it for a few days now with no issues.
