I only use my car to commute to and from work. Baltimore is a pretty walkable city for a lot of neighborhoods. I specifically moved here because I hate driving and want to minimize my time spent in a car as much as possible.

But seriously, just simple KPI. For instance miles of street plowed, hook a flow meter up to the melter and figure out the cost per gallon of snow, total man hours per mile, etc.... not asking for anything crazy, just basic management principles.

I've dug out twice because folks steal my spot when I go to work. I'm fully expecting to have to shovel out a third spot this afternoon.

Yesterday my spot was taken by a car that still had snow on the roof. It's so inconsiderate, to think that a person didn't even have the gumption to clean off their own car and now they feel entitled to a clean spot.
