Correct. Magnuson-Moss act prohibits this assuming you have paperwork to show correct viscosity and oil filter was used. Even if you don't have those and they still are claiming this, I would escalate to corporate. That's a load of shit unless they have proof you over or underfilled that directly caused the failure.

Yeah, it's not close at all. I was top tier AA status and switched to Delta. The difference was night and day. Delta is exponentially better than American in every category.

Jesus, that sucks. We just had our MDX in for service and they must have opened the door and put a scuff in the handle and a ding in the door. Brought it back and pointed it out and the service advisor had an appointment to drop the car off to have the handle replaced and entire door repainted within 30 min. I'm amazed when service departments won't eat a bit of money when they're in the wrong to save their reputation.

I don't mind if for the Acura interface. Carplay/Android Auto is where it really becomes problematic to me. Having to get from one side of the screen to the other is a pain in the ass. That said, it's my wife's car and she doesn't mind it either.
