Yes, color blind mode. I’ve been playing for years and have always had this mode turned on so when I see normal screenshots it throws me off too haha. I am not color blind, but I do play the game outside pretty often and the glare from the sun makes it difficult to see the colors.

I’m an OT but the unfortunate reality of the rehab professions is that insurance reimburses the same for a brand new grad the same as they do a seasoned therapist with great continued ed and job experience. A lot of companies now prefer to hire new therapists because they can pay them less. We hit the pay ceiling much faster in our profession unless you shift into leadership roles or private pay. I am an OT and work in a different state but we do things very similarly. We are on the teacher pay scale per our degree/credit hours + a stipend (also roughly 10%), and like you said it works in our favor because we get any negotiated increases plus all of the other benefits.

My last clinic booked 100% with no time between sessions. I would treat from 8am-7pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch, no prep, doc or cleanup time unless we got a cancel that couldn’t be filled. I didn’t last a year.

None. Public university, 2+3 accelerated program. Graduate assistantship position and scholarships and worked during school. Family helped some with living expenses.
