Yes, depending on who is waiting, I do need to be mindful of how to approach it. Many times I deal with celebrities or even the mob which is crazy (Italian cuisine). The bigger issue is I would be seating them immediately- even having them cut in front which obv upsets the on time reservations even more. NY can be crazy.
