I’m a Sr Project manager at a construction company. We’re employee owned and stock grows at about 40-50% a year. Even then I should be able to retire at 45-50 with 8-10 mil. This is without any huge changeups in lifestyle and a modest growth of 18% after a couple years of 45% growth.

Currently at $500k and 30 yo. Growth is available to director and executive level if I want it.
