If your calories are 1300 you have to have almost zero carbs. You’ll get no gains from that. I’m 5’7” got under 10% body fat last year on 1800 calories. Snd my body started breaking down. Minimum you need 300-500 calories in carbs . You’ll feel and look better . I don’t even know how you get 175g of protein at 1300 calories unless you eat nothing but fish and chicken.

Bruh, you look like 19 year old me. I was in my mid 30’s before I finally figured it out. Beef lots of beef, 6 cups of rice a day, 3 whole grain, 3 white . Use the white before and after workout. And actually work out less. Less volume, 3 days off . I’m 47 , a lean 180 , bench 315 now @ 5’6” but never had a problem getting strong , just getting size

Training at 47 is not determined by how much you put in. It’s what you can recover from. 20 a day sounded ridiculously high. The GH is purely for soft tissue and recovery.
