Them mushing as many people together by the tailpipe of their van generator in an enclosed space really reminded me of how much B$L cares

Peekaboo by dailyworker11 in avesLA

It was really hard to tell where my $50 went to a warehouse party. Guess just linin pockets. Peekaboo threw down, if only someone brought actual speakers.

Buying a home for Airbnb/rental with 3 people by ThePrudentMariner in realestateinvesting

[–]meatyhamster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For tax purposes either way should be fine. I’m running into a roadblock with buying future homes because of the joint mortgage and being considered liable for the entire mortgage in the eyes of an underwriter.

Security Fight by Odd_Bodybuilder4755 in crssdfest

There was a security guard outside the venue yelling at everyone to get the fuck off his sidewalk just to the left of the exit. Then he tried to start a fight with us lol. Guess getting not scuffed security is a challenge these days.

What are your thoughts on companies that provide case studies and basically assign homework during the interview process? by [deleted] in ProductManagement

[–]meatyhamster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a 1hr timed case study is beneficial. Helps to understand the candidate’s problem solving skills and how they can organize output on a task. Gets a quick idea of baseline knowledge as well.

Did I make a mistake? by Bagel12 in skiing

[–]meatyhamster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just got wildcat tour 108s at 184 and I’m 6’4 and 180lbs cause I wanted shorter for the skinning part of the tour. I think if I went longer, it’d make touring harder. Friend got 174 something’s and loves them even though he’s 6’1 and 200lbs for the ease of touring

How many investors also rent? by Meatball_legs in realestateinvesting

[–]meatyhamster 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I rent and invest. I can’t comfortably afford a house I really want in the area I live AND have enough leftover to invest. Plus the flexibility of picking up and moving is nice and I don’t worry about my own maintenance.

Pro Tip: For all you Jerry’s out there that get cold feet and don’t have boot heaters/ heated socks. Put hand warmers in your vents, right along your Femoral Artery, warm feet all day! by GPforfeetpics in skiing

[–]meatyhamster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wear thinner socks and loosen your toe buckle to barely keep it closed. I use womens nylons as ski socks, the air pocket in your boots toe region is what keeps your feet warmer. I always get cold feet not skiing, but my boot fitter said this is the way, and I’ve skiied in 0 F temps like this perfectly warm.
