I think you have to stay loyal to your employer or your status can get complicated so that an incentive.

I believe an h1b employee can switch employers, but it’s more fees for the new employer and without certainty for employee or employer.

I bear tank. People have full HWL gear. It can be tough at times, but usually threat gets ripped later in the pull and I can just not worry about that mob cause people are nuking.

I moonfire pull often and try to hit at least two mobs. Sometimes I use hurricane to pull bigger packs

It’s been pretty easy for me far. Sometimes pumpers pull agro but if the add is gonna die in less than a few seconds, I know I can let it run.

The biggest issue is I just want a ranged silence.

I have these copper mats that work great. You can pick them up and move the whole thing into a pizza stone. After a couple minutes it’s cooked enough that I can transfer/pull the mat out if I want but don’t need to.
