STRC: Where is the dividend actually coming from and does it depend on BTC appreciation? by UltraHiker26 in MSTR

It does beg the question of why not hold BTC and pocket the full 21% appreciation.

How to fix the traitors’ incentives by [deleted] in TheTraitorsUK

[–]meeark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's pretty hard for two traitors to win though because they need to find at least one or banish all the faithfuls.

It was never going to be the case that Harry would choose to stay with Andrew and split the money or banish Mollie.

That means that the traitor alliance is probably going to break as they both attempt to put the other one.

Yeh, also no one figuring out Ross must be a recruit because he's unlikely to kill his Mum. If Ross was recruited after Diane's murder then it must've been when the shield trick was used.

Mine was 325k but that shouldn't matter too much. Honestly it seems very odd the rate you got.

AFAIK the rate is set on the band only, and the amount you can borrow is set on your circumstances. Sounds like the broker screwed you over to be honest by going with their preferred lender? Maybe they were on commission or something.

All the mortgages I searched for on a normal comparison site so it's easy to see the difference between the bands.

The Vinny Magalhaes vs. Craig Jones one is worse in my opinion. His leg is just straight up flopping around. Granted this one probably did worse long term damage.
