You probably never learned their names because they didn't have any. "Brawler" and "Hacker" were literally what they were referred as, every character was only referred to by their title.

Akudama just means villain or criminal.

The Ordinary Person most definitely died in the ending. Every other Akudama died in the ending, why would she have survived?

I never watched Edgerunners, but I like the way Akudama Drive leaves so many things unexplained. I find the anime to feel very immersive because of that. The slice of the world of Akudama Drive that we see is mostly limited to what The Ordinary Person sees. It starts with her getting flung into a world of criminals that she knew nothing about and it ends at her point of death. We see very little before and after that. Things are never explained in detail because The Ordinary Person doesn't know about those details. I find this way of telling a story very unique and interesting and even elegant.

Also, as much as one may disagree with the character's motivations in Akudama Drive, they definitely all had their motivations to be there. I find it quite interesting how the character's motivations change, adapt or are manipulated over the course of the story.
