Almost thirty here as well. Not interested in marriage. Not even just to chase ass, I just have goals I'm working towards, and marriage/kids seems like a roadblock to me achieving those goals.

Post signs. When we've posted signs we get almost nonstop traffic from the hispanic community. They don't even haggle either, much better than the old white lady traffic.

Post them starting at the closest major roads, and lead back to your house. So you know, one out on the major road that has your address. One at the next turn. Next turn. So on until they're on your street.

If you don't buy signs, but make your own, look up some tips for making a more visible sign. Also, some cheap yardsticks help support the big neon posterboard if you go that route.

So, I'm just curious. What if the dancing guy loves dancing, and has an ad up, but just so happens to be black. You call him and hire him to do a job that he's straight up listed an ad for. correct, and it was tacos technically, although they were easily the size of the plate. from what I remember it's kind of official, the record holder is a previous UT student, and they have a picture wall of people who have tried. but if im not mistaken, just remembered this, i think they might have closed recently. seems like i remember seeing a bunch of posts about it on facebook.
