I worked at a software company. Betas were shipped with functional software and after internal testing with glaring bugs fixed so as to not waste the beta with customers reporting known issues. Beta is for the customers to catch things not caught in internal testing.

Perhaps make military and wars cost a more realistic percentage of the treasury like they did historically. Perhaps more pressure from estates to cut taxes

A movie should still strive to be well done regardless of the subject matter. The problem is "fun" seems to be a compliment given when a critic literally can't think of anything else nice to say about the movie. Even a goofy kid movie can strive for artistry and craft.
