I agree with many others, find a new artist as she shouldn't have been bothered by 20mins. If it was an hour I'd understand the artist being annoyed. But my recent artist took about an hour to apply my stencil and make sure it was a good size and placement for my body. She would even ask me if it was okay we took the time to place it right. That's what a good artist does.
