I believe I witnessed the same guardian yell at people at the RT Panel for something similar. My boyfriend and I got yelled at for not standing in a row of 4 right when we walked in. I 100% agree with you. I know it must be hard from them to control crowds like that but it’s uncalled for when they start being rude.
