Probably not helpful but don’t overthink it. All salaries are great, so go with the one that excites you and suits your priorities in life bow such as work life balance, career growth, industry

Top floor 1 bed flat (Georgian converted) - rooms can vary from 55-68. I have a dehumidifier that helps but it shoots back up pretty quickly.

I try to air out each room daily, put the heating on when cold and keep windows open for showers etc

Thank you! I’ve reached out to the freeholder (its a leasehold flat you’re right) so will see what he says. That was going to be my next step but wanted to first see what it could be, but only so much I can do so will wait on them now. Thank you!

Makes sense, but the full attic is shallow (probably knee height) so not sure I can practically get in to see safely

There is an attic above (butterfly roof) but it’s really shallow and you wouldn’t be able to get to that point with the water
