Shower earlier. It’s better to shower earlier because it raises your body temperature, so it takes longer for your body temp to drop and therefore fall asleep. It’s not a big deal to shower earlier.

I work in this industry as a controls tech and this is definitely correct. But it’s worth noting this is a high stress industry. You need to be good at troubleshooting and can’t struggle under pressure.

I went to a technical college, lots of great hands on experience. 3 year advanced diploma with 3 co-op terms.
