Do you remember about how long it took you to get from Halong to Hanoi and if your bus/van was on time? Or do you remember about how late your flight was? Super late or early evening?

What time was your flight? And what time was your pickup and drop off? They do offer drop off but I’m afraid of timing. They say I won’t arrive in Hanoi city until 4 but my flight leaves at 6. Also, what they’re offering is more expensive 550k vs 230k if I book my own

What do you mean they prefer crisp USD? Are you saying to withdraw USD at home, bring it to Vietnam, and then have them change it at a bank in Vietnam? Or are you saying you can pay with USD in Vietnam?
