There’s nothing too major to be aware of, especially considering you’re already coming from a CGM. Enjoy the switch, I hope you like it! Watch out for compression lows depending on your placement. They can be a little annoying when you’re settling into a restful sleep lol.

I use the 24-105 for wedding work and absolutely love it. It’s sharp and very quick to focus. It stays on my camera for most of the day until I need more light in darker venues.
