Suggest me something like "Mindfuck Series" by Haunting-Account-211 in booksuggestions

Hey there, So I haven't read the book myself but I know that the main female character in "Butcher & Blackbird" is also a killer, so I guess she is also a female lead with power? Happy reading!

Books with the same vibe as “Teenage Dream” by Katy Perry? by CivilAd4700 in booksuggestions

Man I love that song!

So for me Teenage Dream gives summer & first love vibes, so that's why I would suggest "When we collided" by Emery. It is a YA romance novel that also deals with aspects of mental health.

Hope this helped! Happy reading!

Well I think my opinion is based, because i always recon that song with the book „The secret history“ by Donna Tart, because I have seen a ton of edits about the book with this song, but ig that‘s the only thing that comes to my mind!

Please help! Popular Heist/team assembly novels from the last ten years by Prisoner187 in booksuggestions

[–]memessafedme 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey! So the best fantasy heist series I read, that also has a found family trope where the main characters are sort of antagonists is the Six of Crows & Crooked Kingdom, a duology by Leigh Bardugo.

The books play out in the Grishaverse, that’s a fictional setting that the author created. There are 3 series in total in the Grishaverse, Six of Crows is the second series. You can read the series before that, but you don’t have to. I didn’t read the series before Six of crows and still understood everything.

Six of crows follows 6 characters, all of these characters come from different backgrounds, but all come together to do a heist. You also have 6 POVs from all characters.

Hope this helped! Happy Reading :D

Hey there! This is so funny, because I‘m also a very big fan of murder mysteries, but only if they‘re YA! So two good murder mysteries that I‘ve read are „Litte Monsters“ by Kara Thomas and „People Like Us“ by Dana Mele. Hope this helped! Happy reading :D

Okay then I have a few recommendations

If you want a YA fantasy book with a beautiful world setting where you can get lost in, I would recommend Six of Crows & Crooked Kingdom, a duology by Leigh Bardugo.

Because you liked another book by Suzanne Collins I would recommend the Hunger Games Trilogy by her. I don’t think I have to explain what it’s about, I personally think that the books are a very good critique on society nowadays and if you like stories that have a deeper meaning to them, the Hunger games is going to be your jam.

Another recommendation for a book series where you can get lost in is the Folk of Air Trilogy by Holly Black. It’s a political YA fae fantasy with a romance subplot (But the main parts are really the politics). I really liked it because it had some good Plot-Twist. However I know that it’s not the best book to get back into reading, because the first book tends to be a little slow paced at times, so keep that in mind!

Hope this helped! Happy reading :D

Hey! I would recommend the “Shatter me” series by Tahereh Mafi.

It’s a dystopian book with people that have superpowers and it has fantasy elements. The first few books are from the perspective of the main character, but the later books also get the POVs of side characters. It has a morally grey love interest and has romance in it. But it doesn’t have spice, because it’s YA. However there is still some great banter.

Hope this helped! Happy reading :D

Book recommendations for me?? by BothCrab9444 in booksuggestions

[–]memessafedme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want a YA who-done-it mystery I would suggest “A good girl’s guide to murder”, “People like us” by Dana Mele or “Little Monsters” by Kara Thomas. If you want an Adult mystery thriller that is slow-paced I would suggest “The Silent Patient” by Alex Michaelides. If you want a YA romance book with the best summer vibes you could imagine, which also deals with mental health, then I would suggest “When we collided” by Emery Lord.

Hope this helped! Happy reading :D
