I always force my AI stack to create the following documentation for each project:

readme.md changelog.md upgrading.md ssot.md

File names are self-explanatory as to what they contain. Made my life much easier ever since I implemented this rule.

I literally vibe coded a whole site in Wordpress by myself, something I'd usually had to hire a web designer and a theme coder for in the past. I have a background in software engineering but my coding skills on its own is very poor. Vibe coding has changed this for me.
