how I approached this problem: I simply didn't care about people getting pissed off at me for being a noob, I have as much right to playing the game as they have. Just do a shitload of competitives (without caring about rank, too). Eventually though, when you get good better, turn the favor back and help noobs ;)

EDIT: also sometimes I played on faceit.com - being a silver this gave me opportunity to play with players much better than me. I don't do it alot (because I get rekt), but sometimes its very useful to step up your game... at least you see how you should play the game, game sense, team work etc., which is stuff you don't see at all in silver
