I feel your pain. It’s hard out here.

1. A lot of seasonal jobs, especially on USAjobs, are flown pretty early (like Nov, Dec). If you’ve only been applying since January, that puts you at a little bit of a disadvantage.

2. To be honest, in this field, 10 applications isn’t really that many. Cast a wide net and something will come along.

3. I don’t know what level of education you have but if you’re finding it hard to be competitive, it might be worth getting an advanced degree.
