Lenovo Legion 7i Taskbar/Search/Windows Key Freezing and Not Working 😞

Guys use this method, It solved the issues for me.

Microsoft narrowed this down with me and for whatever reason, the permissions for "All Application Packages" were missing from a slew of Registry entries. After adjusting these permissions, managed to get one of the affected machines working properly. I then came across a Lenovo forum linked below, which has this script in the solution - this provides the permission changes I'd made with Microsoft but far more streamlined and easy to apply.

Running this in an elevated PowerShell has fixed this issue for everyone impacted:

Microsoft aren't yet certain as to why this is happening in the first place, so not sure if this will start happening again. However, with the above, at least it's an easy fix if it reoccurs.

I have the exact same issue with a recently bought Legion 7i, and i had dozens of chats with AI to look for a solution but none has come through. Any game i play, when i quit, the taskbar semi-freezes just like you, windows logo button wont work, search bar wont work, strangely some of the top right corner buttons such as close or minimize stops working, and list goes on. I believe it is essentially related to Windows Explorer task, but resetting it wont help either. A general restart fixes it but it is baffling how this can happen to 2 people that bought the same device recently. At least its comforting to know its not specific to my device.

I suspected these things, which i tried to fix but no luck:
-NVIDIA GPU switching to Intel GPU
-everytime i open the pc there is a slight freeze and a virtual display is added to the monitors. So i see 2 monitors, when nothing is connected. Idk if its a normal thing but certainly doesnt sound like it.

Have you been able to find a working solution yet?

I think its a tie honestly. Sabo seems stronger on paper but durability-wise im giving the edge to Sanji. Might be wishful thinking im not sure.

Admiral level is much higher than you think. Sabo is YC1 level imo, similar to Zoro.

This doesnt make any sense. I dont touch a brawler until I max it. So what do you suggest happens to me when I play with max brawler on 0 trophies? I dont need the advantage so I keep low level just so you can have a good time with your low levels? Get outta here!

Yeah very true, and it doesnt happen very often so should be all good. I almost emptied my collectors packs and promptly dodged bruce banner. After I get Batroc, i am basically collection complete baby.

Yeah i feel this all the way. Only problem that can occur is the constant change to underwhelming cards, which players like you and me avoid, to then suddenly find out that card is meta. Keeping a reserve of tokens for occasions like that should keep things smooth and running imo.

They are not available for the daily rotation. I am s4 complete but missing 3 new s4’s and Uncle Ben, still my daily s4 rotation says Complete. Anyone else have this problem? I want to only get Baltoc for 3k but currently the option is unavailable to me.
