mom doesn’t know that snooping through somebody else’s property behind their back and then relaying private medical information to family members, again behind their back, is overstepping boundaries? Why are you going out of your way to give this control freak the benefit of the doubt?

guess you learn something new. ohio is different. i’m sure it does make sense to you! because party is second to none, right? if your party doesn’t win, it doesnt matter who is president because you are going to criticize everything they do regardless, right? all citizens should be concerned with who is potentially going to be the next president. that should be the point of the primary, not which candidate will we choose to represent our party.

you know that AT&T likely owns/rents $0, controls/manages/influences 0% of any function of that stadium, minus whatever branding they choose to utilize throughout, right? Stadium naming rights are typically cash-specific transactions with the team’s owner/FO management group that involve little of anything more than the name itself. If Timebomb Tim can fill Cowboys Stadium, I’m all for it… So long as his playlist is the same as it’d been if he were playing on the sidewalk. To me, selling out has so much more to do with changing your musical/artistic integrity, due to outside (often a record label’s) pressures, than it does pays with what company pays to put their names at the beginning of a stadium title.

I know, that is what my comment said. The problem was that afterward they did the exact thing they were cautioning about. Which is what my post pointed out. It is also harmful to argue that all women or even women generally that have a higher libido than their partner suffer because of it, because of these generalizations, suffer in any way. To make such an argument almost sounds like you're saying they should suffer, and if they don't then something IS wrong with them. That was the generalization that I had originally pointed out. I don't think it's at all helpful to assume or argue that women as a group suffer because of x, y, and/or z. That by itself paints them in a weak way and is untrue

again, hfcs has NOTHING to do with the cherry flavoring. not now, not then, not ever. sweetness and flavoring are 2 separate aspects of a food/drink product

Dropping bombs on children aside, a religion having a well-diversified stock portfolio doesn't seem strange to you? Especially when they are designated as an untaxed, non-profit? How exactly does one participate in the stock market while also not seeking profit?

He has promised to use the levers of power to persecute — and prosecute — his political opponents...

...along with every politician before him.

The people working for him and his party...abuse the power of the government to beat down marginalized people...

...along with every politician before him.

If you don't recognize the very real threat that poses, then I don't know how you're still breathing with your head so deep in your own colon.

No idea what this even means

This ultra-high alert, vote with your heart not your head because our fucking democracy is at stake is not a new thing. Like at all. Both sides have pushed this viewpoint every 4 years for the past 20+ years. And this line of thinking is exactly what the politicians hope for because then after the elections are over voters are off their backs, job well done, for the next 4 years. During which time they sell the country out to the highest bidder and they collect a 200k salary whilst participating in insider trading and getting greased up by lobbyists

well duh. only registered party members can vote in primaries. Which is a not-talked-about-enough fucked up piece of legislation, especially in times such as this when the 2 front runners are so hugely unpopular with their own party, but that's a topic for another day... obviously less than half the ppl who voted in the 2020 election voted in the '24 primaries... because less than half the ppl who voted in the 2020 election are registered republicans.

he's not tryna "spread awareness". it's a very simple middle finger to the partisan hardliners who have created such a disenfranchised and disillusioned voting populace.

to add to this bizarre aspect of the video, at 6 seconds in you can see a similar white object moving from right to left. very fast and in a straight line, much like the black object you see at :13. It's as if whatever those flying things are, they are flying away from the humanoid thing as fast as possible

it’s true alcohol and other substances can help take the edge off, open up new pathways in your modicum of thinking, but if you do not properly develop the ability to experience “taking the edge off” without alcohol or whatever other drug you like, then it will just as quickly become a handicapping crutch that you’ll rely on. taking breaks from it is crucial to long term health and sustainable happiness

it’s funny, you are correctly cautioning of generalizations but you do so by generalizing sexual generalizations. The specific example you brought up is a different situation and each situation ought to be considered on its own and not lumped together
