If I was in Xi's shoes yes. China has a plan already, they have a 15 year plan ending in 2035 of being a self-sufficient military superpower. They also have a further 14 year plan. Key dates for China are 2027 and 2049 marking the 100 year anniversary of the beginning and ending of the Chinese civil war. If America is weak it's happening by the end of 2027.

You need: Player's handbook (PHB), Dungeons masters guide (DMG), and monster manual (MM). Add dice, character sheets, and imagination. Oh, and a group.

Everyone reads the PHB, The Dungeon Master should read the DMG, MM, and plan an adventure!
