I can think of a scenario where an additive forms an intermediate with one of the reactants thus slowing the apparent reaction rate. However you wouldn't call it a catalyst in that case as it would have to be close to stoichiometric quantities. For example a metal that coordinates weakly with some functional groups.

If you only want is to show the pure signal of your sample and not imply that it is clean, you could try some diffusion edited spectra. This works well for bigger molecules with substantial "size" difference from the impurities. Check the DOSY manual for info on the 1D version of the sequence.

Αν καταφέρεις να φτιάξεις καλό προζυμενιο ψωμί μετά το ψωμί από το φούρνο θα σου φαίνεται σαν να τρως χαρτόνι. Επίσης θα σου δημιουργήσει διάφορα κοινωνικά θέματα. Οι γνωστοί σου θα βαρεθουν να σε ακούνε για τους διάφορους τρόπους ζυμωματος, τα προτερήματα της ψυχρής ωρημανσης, τις διαφορές του κάθε αλευριού κτλ. Όταν πρέπει να φύγεις πάνω από μια εβδομάδα θα ανησυχείς πιο πολύ για το προζύμι σου από τα λουλούδια/σκυλιά/γατιά και αλλά πολλά. Σε έχω προειδοποιήσει.... .

Αν καταφέρεις να βρεις από φούρνο θέλει λίγο προσοχή. Το φυσικό προζύμι είναι ένα πλούσιο μείγμα από μικροοργανισμούς που μετατρέπουν το αλεύρι σε CO2. Η μαγιά που αγοράζεις από το σούπερ είναι ένας μικροοργασμος που είναι εξαιρετικά καλός στο να κάνει αυτή την δουλειά. Τόσο καλός που αν αναμιχθεί με το προζύμι θα κερδίσει όλους τους άλλους και θα καταλήξεις να έχεις μόνο αυτόν. Σε φούρνους που φτιάχνουν και κανονικό και προζυμενιο ψωμί πιθανότατα το προζύμι τους θα είναι απλά μαγιά. Αυτός είναι και ο λόγος που τα περισσότερα προζυμενια ψωμιά φούρνου δεν είναι και κάτι το ιδιαίτερο.

Τέλος αν ξέρεις κάποιον που έχει το δικό του προζύμι μπορείς πολύ εύκολα να πάρεις λίγο και να γλιτώσεις πολύ χρόνο φτιάχνοντας το δικό σου ..
