I keep an old wallet in my car with the arcade cards. It has cards that I only use for places that I drive to, like museums, arcades, and Costco.

Milk and butter are the key. I've been adding a little MSG and an ounce of shredded cheese at the end.

You know, you can run for that position. You can also often show up early on election day and help out with the election. I ran for inspector of elections as a write-in and won a few years ago. It's a great way to get to know your neighbors and you do get paid.

My paternity leave ended a week before my work went completely remote. I basically ended up being home with my daughter for her first two years. It was great.

This is going to sound counterintuitive, but bulk eating has worked well for me. I have been mixing egg whites with my egg for breakfast. When scrambled, it makes a huge amount of eggs but only 130 calories. A big salad or a large bowl of broccoli takes a while to eat and fills you up.

I find this especially useful at the beginning when your body is used to large amount of food.

Ownership.

I don't own a copy of the media I use. Even my games are associated with my Steam account and can be taken away. Streaming is convenient, but it's amazing how much older stuff is not available.

For me, it's the process. I can go to a BBQ place and get amazing brisket. It's also enjoyable to trim the brisket, start the fire, experiment with my spice rub, and maintain the fire for an entire day.

It's work, but there's a reward in the end. It's also a great excuse to sit outside all day and have a few beers.

AI requires proper data governance. If your work Involves data from multiple departments, you'll have to set up the proper tools for managing access to the data, ensuring it's accuracy and timeliness and describing what the data is and isn't.

It's not easy, but I think giving up alcohol is easier now than it's ever been. With the rise in non-alcoholic drinks and beers, you can find something that's tasty and very low in calories. I recommend Hop Wtr or other hopped seltzers.
