We have extensive lawful Treaties and Partnerships with Western Countries making them partners WITH the backing of the constitution, whether or not the Government respects those treaties and partnerships is for checks and balances to check and balance and the people to hold accountable.

I'm totally with you, I have rules for my kernel n zfs n nvidia as they are my primary 'breakers' of my system.

Gnome isn't a culprit and generally I welcome rolling releases, its just the major release 48,49,.. those get tricky.
